Paypal issues

I logged on my paypal account a few days ago looking to buy some silk, this is the first time I have logged on paypal in a few months. I log on and it tells me that my account access is limited. I wasn't really sure what this was about so I clicked a link about why Paypal changed it to this. They told me about how they thought my account was accessed by an unauthorized 3rd party. Bullshit. Then it told me how I could take my account out of Limited Access. So basically it told me I had to change my password, change the security questions and answers, and to confirm my location in order to come out of Limited Access. I did the first two fine, but the last one I don't understand. When I click 'resolve' for the confirm location problem, it tells me that I need to add a credit/debit card. So I add that in there and it then tells me that they cannot verify the 3 digit verification number. But my friend has used this Debit card and it worked fine for him (I already have 10$ on my account through a donation, I don't need to charge any money from the card, but there is 2$ left on it). I am trying to get my account out of Limited status because I am not able to buy anything while in. (silk to prevent getting banned.)

So really what I am asking is how to get the 3 digit verification code to work, because I am positive it is the right numbers. Or maybe someone could give me the information to a debit card that has a few cents on it so I could add it, get out of this 'limited access' thing, and then I would remove it. The silkroad main site will not let me purchase silk if in limited access with paypal. Hopefully someone will be able to understand my problem and help me out.

I got a message from paypal asking me to confirm some stripper cam transaction but I dont even have a paypal account LOL

When your account is limited, it means you need to connect your account to a bank account for verification. The "3-digit verification code" error is a problem on their part I think.

Verification works like this - You let them take 1.50€ from your card which they will eventually refund and on the receipt that will be sent to the bank that issued the card and sent to you by mail there will be a 4 digit number which you will put in Paypal's verification system. You can call your bank to get the number quicker and not wait 2 weeks for it like it is round' here.
