Does lightning grasswalk stak if you are riding a horse?

do we get a combined speed boost? or does it only work if i am walking on my own?

you cant activate it while on the horse...
if you activate it and then get on horse it doesnt stack. however the bard noise skill does

I remember when I was low lvl and people actually did trades, I would get off the camel to cast grasswalk and get back on....
