help hunting games down

Post by XuChu »

Hi guys, recently I've been looking for two games Rome/ Medieval 2: Total War but here where I live our game shops dont have them and sell mostly the new $100 games.
I'm not sure about buying it off the net so any ideas on how I can get it?

Dont blame you, just the price would put me off. Is it possible to order from like the UK amazon for a normal price, im rather sure they will ship internationally.

I don't normally buy off the net, but I found this
http://www.game.co.uk/PC/Strategy/Comba ... mid=328495
which delivers to australasia.
So I'm trying to find other ways instead of buying of the net.

Warez sounds ok, but I can never find any.
Torrents going to end up costing more than buying it because broadband costs so much over here.

Sell your soul to the devil. My roommate plays both of those games 24/7... I find them both extremely boring.

NOTE: They're $20 each here XD

I used to live in NZ too and believe me, everything fcking expensive for no reason.

Anyway i suggest you get 2nd hand of trademe, and I buy music CD from amazon, get sent from the state and it still cost less than here, its just rediculous. I do buy album of ban i support, for those who says, why not DL? xD

Anyway, I lived there for years and the only game i had to get my ass and go get from the store paying full price is wc3 frozen throne and CS.

Last time I saw those two games, they were about $20-50 at EB, because they're older games. Best time to buy games here in Oz is jump on the specials.

Make a sign that says "Will screw for Rome/Medival!" and stand on a highway offramp.
