Okay ... my friend cant be arsed to make acc on SRF ,so I have to ask for him ...

He traded WoW account , for paypal money ... With that paypal money , he bought silk ...
The guy that bought WoW account , scammed my friend and chargebacked the money (anyway to stop this?) ... Automaticly , paypal chargebacked from Joymax the money , and my friend got banned ...

He can pay that money to Joymax (that paypal chargebacked) ... He just wants his account back ...
What should he do?

I dunno call the cops lol? or phone paypal and tell them what happened, and they can probally help your friend more then us

Not much i can think of that he can do other than report the last guy to papal other then that he pretty much got screwed over. he should however try to obtain his wow account back to he can Fak the other guy over too

He got his WoW account back , by phoning Blizzard and showed his passport / cd keys and stuff ...
But his priority is Silkroad account now ...

Is there anyway he could get unbanned? Send money to Joymax?

He gotta call paypal and tell them that they have to contact Joymax with the situation and that is was a misunderstanding and that they'll send the money again. Something like that.

Contact Paypal and explain the situation, Paypal will then contact Joymax, then your friend have to pay Joymax the chargeback silk=unbanned
all this might take a month to resolve
