Bicheon Force Series, useless for int s/s?

ok well ive been thinking about this tree for a few days now and wanted to know your oppinions. now im basing this on a s/s nuker. is this skill useless to s/s nukers? it decreases your defence for more offence. Now i could be wrong but dont nukers need all the defence they can get? I talked to this with a friend and he thinks the skill is useless for pvp as it is lowering your guard. What do you guys think?

Heres what it is at lvl 80:

Continuous time: 120 seconds.
Shield physical defence 66% reduce.
Physical attack power 107 increase.

Yea its useless for pure ints because the increase in phys dmg is not worth the defense lost.

Well if you for whatever reason aren't being attacked and using bich skills to attack, than yes it is useful.

this skill is never usefell only kills nukers even if you are being attacked the power of the bich skils from a nuker doesn't come from the phy attack but from the imbue and mag attack so yea its USELESS for nukers ^^

Well if you for whatever reason aren't being attacked and using bich skills to attack, than yes it is useful.

no, it decreases the actual dmg a nuker does when doing bicheon skills.
it's not helpful at all, the increase is phy not mag.
Even if a chinese does both phy and mag, it still doesn't help it increase the dmg.
