I don\'t seem to be able to upload my own avatars. Every single image I try gives me the message \'image only partially uploaded\'.

Is this a know issue?

I've never heard of it.
Keep in mind that there's a file size limit, and it has to be either 100px by 100px or less. Your best bet would be to go with a jpg and not some other weird file.

Got a bunch of avatars from a dedicated site for those on my comp. I\\\'m quite sure quite a lot of those are at least 100x100 and a majority of those are within the size limit

Try saving the image to your computer, and then uploading it from there instead of directly from the internet. If that doesn't work, try another computer.
