You need every bit of physical defense you can get if you're going against a pure str. Ice at 60 helps.

does nothing? lol it is a very annoying move for a pure strength when fighting an int player. Im uploading a vid of me fighting a Hybrid spear now, he uses it at the start of a pvp, nuking from inside, check out the damage i do >.> Will post link when its done
