100,000 concurrent users includes everyone who is currently logged in (with current server traffic not with full servers) so it includes whatever gold farming bots are left

8mil users registered with the baned ones and with the gold bots and since gold bots rule the severs (at numbers) its clearly most of them not players so its not that big of an acheavemen.
