being scared of a fair legit dominated community is the worst excuse i ever heard for not playing on a server. i guess you would of hated the 60 cap. so meny legits running around back then.

id rather have a full legit server than a half legit one any day, legit vs legit is more fun than botter vs legit. Botters are generally idiots with huge egos that think there chars god coz they leveled it so fast without doing anything, and when they lose in pvp, job or FW they will cry and find some excuse. Ive personally found when playing another legit its more fun, at the end we dont shout words like "noob" we mearly congrat the victor and give advice on how too improve towards each other. Today i visited my old char my friends using and pvped a good mate who was an identical build and lvl. Result? not one of us could win... the only difference was he was in protector and i was in garment. was fun to see so many chains going mental at each other. had a small croud watching too. I havent tryed the pvp on venus yet purely becuase i dont have a high enough char. i cant wait to do so might i add

@Fly. So far I have seen Screen Shots of Us fighting botters and NPC thieves. The fact is: Venus Legits are to friendly with other Venus Legits. The Alliance system, the whole becoming one large mold system. It looked great at first but I fear it may be Venus' downfall. SRO is about fair legit VS legit PvP in the field jobbing. Kinda hard to do that when you'll get reprimanded by Alliance/Union mates if you steal from them. Even CTF: Legits can't kill Legits. We all know each other so that makes it considerably harder to actually have decent legit vs legit PvP that doesn't end in someone being kicked from his or her union then blacklisted for being an asshole.

Every server has its flaw. Venus is perfect but there seems to be a lack of tension. I understand Legits should stick together but a huge legit community with all legits in one huge alliance is equivalent to dead PvP. I'm just hoping another Union takes fortress eventually. That will start bad blood, that will start rivalries and that will be the beginning of a Competitive Legit Server.

Legit Union A can dislike Legit Union B and still keep up the war on bots. Just apply the enemy of my enemy is friend and rape the bots whenever the chance arises.

Hypothetical:
Union A is cape-pvping Union B members. Large battle starts. Some botters come by. Union A and B stop fighting each other and declare temporary truce to fight botters together. We can dislike each other and still have times when we band together.

Exactly what makes a server fun.
If the same drama that occurs on every server could happen on an all legit server it might be better.
Since you guys kicked out most player bots you dont really have any threats or anyone to worry about. A bit too friendly at that point. Also the fact that the server is literally run by 1 guy. His word is as well as god, anything he says pretty much goes. No one to oppose him, whats the point of that. A competitive community is a striving community. One striving for greatness anyways.
Edit: No video combat that involves combat should be at constant peace. Its a game not real life. The logics applied there are not true.

@Venus crap: Venus is nice, but as it's been said, there's no competition. It's like too civil cape pvping, nobody likes just standing around waiting for someone to challenge them, but nobody does because everyone else is waiting. We need people to team up on each other and for assholes to go around killing everyone and going "hahaha", but then some even higher level kills them in one lion shout. That's the stuff that drives the people.

You all need to drop your alliances and just stick with your guilds, right now, screw unions, there aren't enough high level legit guilds or anything, you need to fight each other! It's so boring, oh look, a whole bunch of people in the Avalon union, oh, what's that? They're doing nothing, they all have the same job, and those who don't aren't being killed. Oh look, a level 50! Well yeah, long rant. To get a good server, you have to place less of a stress on legit vs botters, it should just be everyone vs everyone. If you kill anybody who's a legit on venus, then they'll be like "OMG WTF BOT WTF DUDE U SUCK". That's bullshit, it should just be kill who you feel like, and eventually some good ol' rivalries will begin.

Union C is filled with bots, and want to take the fort.

Union C is trying to take the fort from Union A. Union B attacks it too. that way, Union B is weakening Union A. Union A loses the fort. Union C gets hold of it. All the botters that quit come back to Union C, cause they see hope. Legits in Union A feel betrayed, and some of them quit. Lots of bots come to the server, and the server doesnt remain legit anymore.
You can replace some words and get the situation in venus.

and i do attack legits in cape pvp if i find one around my lvl. but i usually ask them first if they want to pvp.

y cant u just let me quit in peace? give it a rest ffs. any1 that chose to leave legitly from xian and play somthin else or moved to a different server only because of the bots are cowards. yes that includes u. any group big enough with even half a brain per person could start on a new server and pwn bots just like u did. but its the cowards way out, u ran from your problems. those that stayed fought with dignity against all those bots. there wasnt a bot out there that could kill me without help. even mr. sun noob himself NOT_TO_BE would usually have cleric buffs or 2-3 other bot friends atking me to try to kill me, and it still took him a couple mins cus they're so retarded.
