It looks good, its smooth and simple. The render outline needs some work IMO because she doesnt look like she belongs there. I like the eye effect but it might look better with a clean black & white.

it looks good, but its kinda flat, you should try to add some depth. whther its by darkness or lightness, or bluring, or by color(not really applicable because yours is B&W, and B&W is always sweet), it just needs some depth

Yeah it is, but Black & White has its perks.
