Hey I'm New, but I can't quite get the first quest to work?

Okay, well I figured out that the General Sonhyeon is in the West, not in the South as the originally told me...but when I click on him he does not offer me a quest or give me at tutorial...has this happened to anyone else?

I'm on Pluto, a fairly new server...

I'm also wondering what this "!" is doing on the right side of my screen, it won't go away no matter how many times I click on it.

Also, just for kicks, what level can I become a Cleric? If I don't resolve this issue with General Sonhyeon I'm just gonna go out on my own.

idk about ur error but u can go on without him and u can get cleric skills at lvl4

It's a bug, pretty annoying though. U don't get clothes/acc (so u need to drop/buy them)
AND, every time u will log in. The Help-thingy is gonna pop-up...
If u are still lvl 1, make a new char and delete that 1.

If have no idea what causes that bug nor do I know how to prevent it.

Some new characters created past a certain point in time always get the Help popping up, the 1st quest is now bugged so you can't complete it, and that ! is probably the Academy prompt, won't go away till you join one or hit 40, and who knows if it actually does after that.

Every new char I've created since about March has had that stupid Help window and Academy prompt popping up...every time I teleport, log in, etc.

So it's a known bug? Thank god, I thought I scewed up agian, but Joymax did it again
