Example you SHOULD know. Netherlands - sweden 2004. I'm sure like me you've been there to watch that match. Where he, if standing on van bronckhorst's leg (very professional don't you think) wasn't enough, dove down twice, and got yellow for one of the dives. Great thing was, in the penalty shootout, he missed the top of the goal by like 2 meters, oh how perfect things can be.

Quite sure like me you hated him at that point in the match.

Only one i can think of right now, but it will suffice, i'll google some for you when the EK is over, since the news-flood makes it quite hard atm I would think.

He's not a saint, no footballer is, get over it. He is however, i agree on that, a bloody good player, as a matter of fact, i'm gonna youtube some moments.

I couldnt find any diving of him on youtube, neither on google. And if your looking on youtube for some of his actions, you will notice every time he get hit he tries to continue his action.

And for the diving in Holland- Sweden, i dont know about that. We won so
But I agree, he can be a dirty player, like some nasty things he did with his elbows, but he isnt a diver and I doubt you can find other dives from him.

as u can see in this video a lot of times he got pushed & stuff but he kept on goin', there's actually a part of the video where he does a doublekick thingy while a guy is grabing him from the arm (not sure if its in this video )

PS : i dont think that he should be compared with beckham though coz they like....play with different styles & positions

my post is like..hmm...saying what i like about him & that he's isnt bad either, he keeps going even when he gets pushed / tackled / whatever, his skills r cool, he's fast (not as fast as ronaldo but he's pretty fast) he doesnt fall to the ground everytime he gets toucched & thats what makes me like him more than c. ronaldo & the videos r showing that even if he did take a dive in a match he doesnt do it all the time...thats pretty much it
