na i dont care about age, doesnt mattter how old my guildmasters are i never treat any of my guildmaster like they are in a higher class. I actually treat them like shit <3 ladylois and cogaidolong. i hate you all equally

In other games I have played people complain how young I am (13 almost 14), but I am mature, know how to play, and don't get into fights and yell out stupid comments. I play like everyone one should play, rule abiding and not botting. I wouldn't care how old anyone in a guild/union is as long as they don't discriminate to other ages. If it is a matter of maturity, I understand, but in a matter of just age, there should be no prejudice.
In other games I played people would not understand that age doesn't USUALLY matter.

i dont care if my guild master is 17 although i m 17x2, hohoho. and, many friends of mine in the game have kid(s). so, they should be 21+.

If the Guild master is mature and a good leader than there shouldnt be any problem about age. If my Gm was younger than me and acted like a complete idiot than id have a problem, but if they take it serious and know there role in the guild than i have no concern about it.

The way ppl act matters, age doesn't always effect it, for example, sirshadowcat on xian is like 40 years old and apparently has a family, but constantly global vulgar stupid insults all day lol, and tells ppl his wife is a GM among other completly retarded things.

And i've known teens that are way more mature then him and most of the server really.

It's not really the age that matters, if the way people act ("age lvl" sorta speak )
I've talked to 13y olds who'm act more mature then 20+ people.
Generally u (sadly) do notice an age difference. Im taking a wild guess 9/10 10KSers and cursing people are below 16, not to offend anyone below the age of 16.

And this happens in other MMORPG's, too. SRO should have a naming policy or something, to hold these losers in line.I don't think i'm being a prude, just someone with common sense.

I was 18 when I lead my guild and it only had people around my age and few older couples and older guys who wanted to stay with us.

So no offence to rest of the male population, but the answer to your quesiton is, yes if GM's a girl Naw if GM's a guy.

I'm 15 and i lead a guild full of members that are 17-28... all of them accept me for maturity and viceversa and enjoy having me as their guild leader.
Sometimes I do notice however that SOME people around my age are always pmsing over nothing, or acting rly immature in chat. But you cannot label an age group just on that. Maturity is all there is to it.. nuff said.

Why would you be bothered to be lead by a 14 year old. As long as he is mature and acts nicely, skillfully, and appropriately, he/she should be a fine leader. I'm 14 as I stated previously, and people rarely comment negatively on my behavior.
