Ah well, yeah I do agree with Fly... the event isn't fun wot so ever... and wat, you get an elixir, a grain, a luck stone lvl8... I'd pay you for that but don't join it lol... that's my personal opinion apart from the war on bots thing... now, the war on bot thing, yeah, I usually ruin it, especially that I'm always lucky enough to join a team with 1 wizzie vs 5 wizzies so I either just grab the key before the mobs are killed, or just teleport back to the fortress, either ways, the team will lose lol... I believe that Avalon's events are much better... I'm pretty sure Asy will start doing them again when he gets the SP he needs... and the one Terry is doing, the lottery, it should be nice... so there are alternatives for the legits... that's only my opinion

Wasnt the whole blacklist thing for ppl who ARENT supposed to be guilded?? The Confederacy is there to have communication and consolidation among the unions. What is the point if you just ignore it.

Fly put his name there the day it happened. ProudLegit just asked two days ago if he could join A2 and Asyamura said no, so he was at least unguilded then.

IMO. Bots that get caught on Venus, no second chance. This ProudLegit guy was blacklisted for being an all around asshole that day. Give him a probation period? A month or two, any mouthing off/being an ass to legits, and gone for good. Everyone has bad days, or days where they're just plain stupid, I'm in favor of a second chance for him. True blacklist should be reserved for bot/bot supporters. Has ProudLegit shown any bot support? (besides being a former botter on Xian, which should also give him a probation period imo.)

If you want to give him a chance, post in the thread and ask about it. Ignoring the Confederacy isnt a good way to go. We should be discussing these thing, not just making arbitrary decisions. We need some consolidation of policies, rules, ways of behavior and definitions of who is legit so that we DONT have these problems. If someone is listed on the blacklist he should be unguildable until it is discussed PERIOD. If we dont honor it at least that much, its all a waste.

I agree with that, it should have been discussed before not after joining, that much I understand, I was just getting the feeling that you were totally against any second chance too lol.

players create the blacklist. the senate can undo a blacklist. each union has a fair and equal say in the senate (except avalon, we have 2 open spots in our union so -2 seats in the senate).

First, Tedo, I appreciate your activity in the Dungeon. Oh yeah, also with the banned people in the confederacy thing. (sry, bad joke)
Second, everyone in Asylum has join. The reason is so that, if you are partying with a new, guildless player and he's talking and seems like a cool guy, you can go ahead and join him to the guild. You don't need to wait until someone with authority gets on or try and coordinate "okay, where are you now" kind of crap.
So there are people in Asylum that have been added without my knowing and in some cases, they're people I would not have added myself. That being said, depending on the infraction, I do give people a second chance. Like I said before, I have tolerance for noobs. Assholes, not so much.
otsanuss was added to the guild by one of our members by mistake and booted immediately. In my opinion, he's a liar and an idiot that will never learn even given multiple chances (which Avalon did). He doesn't have any place in BHA/Avalon.
As for ProudLegit, I agree with both MrJoey and Nightbloom. His original crime was being a self-centered little ****. It's bad, but it's not botting or bot-related activity. If we didn't have the Conf. but I knew his history, would I have joined him? Not before a long talk about his attitude and respect for other players.
But we do have the Confederacy and he is blacklisted there. If that effort is to have any meaning, we all need to follow it so yeah, I agree with NB.
But here's the thing: where do we draw the line? I totally agree that botters and bot-supporters should be blacklisted. On the other hand, I don't want to get into a situation where someone gets blacklisted for calling a guild leader an asshole in chat. Maybe they don't belong in that guild, but banned from BHA/Avalon/etc forever? That just seems a bit harsh.
If there's a question about Asylum's participation in the confederacy or our support of a clean, fair, respectful Venus, then I'll kick ProudLegit. I just want to make sure there is a consensus about what warrants inclusion on the Blacklist first.
