has the drop rate on 9D sosun been fixed?

I haven't heard of anymore sosun equips dropping on sparta for about a week now, so have I just not been hearing about it or has the drop rate been fixed?

The other day my uni got 2 sun drops. 9D euro ring and 9D XBow.

yeah i have barely gotten any drops(regular not sox) over the past week, i swear the drop rate feels like it's been reduced
