interesting stance. I'm worried that when it does come in, at 50% or 70% ill only be getting pitiful amounts from resource mining, so im looking to get ontop of it now while its not so rampant.

beefing all of them for the 4th colony is gonna be a bitc though, 100k wine, 100k crystal and 100 marbles >_<

Corruption only affects your happiness, doesn't it? It brings your happiness down.

no no, corruption is nasty:
Corruption reduces the rate of gathering resources by the rate of actual corruption. For example, if you have workers in the sawmill gathering 100 wood per hour, at 7% corruption, you will only gather 93 wood per hour, and likewise for luxury goods. Corruption reduces the research points gathered by scientists at this same rate.

Corruption affects satisfaction in a slightly different way. It imposes a penalty directly proportional to your positive satisfaction bonuses. To calculate this, take the sum of all the bonuses listed in your town hall, and then multiply by the actual corruption percentage. The effect of this is that attempts to raise happiness through research, taverns or museums is not quite as effective.

Corruption does not reduce the gold income earned by idle citizens.

your GM needs to be the level of the number of colonies you have. So, the same as your palace.

the first number is the current level of corruption, the 2nd number is what it will be when corruption is put into full effect (its unknown as to when that will be)

I think I'm just going to up my GMs to 2 for now. Getting all of them to 3 is going to cost a bit. Besides, I'm not mining anything except crystal right now. :)

im gettin all mine to 3, if you are mining crystal, ill send over sulphur/wine in exchange for crystal (seeing as itll be my crystal colony thats corrupted)

I'd consider making themget to 3, if corruption kicks in, 7% -> 25% over several colonies will be noticeable. I'm gettin all the GMs up then concentrating on expansion of each colony to high levels

The corruption rate today is still on it's 10%. They said after a couple of patches it will reach 100% that's why you have to lvl your GMs. I'm doing it right now that's why I'm not making a new colony yet.

What do you mean? If you need, I can tell you all the names of the people currently in the Alliance.
We'll get things in order, guys. Have a little bit of patience and faith.

I'm going to reorganize some of these threads soon.

o.O nice a "cleaner" thread^^

well in any case seems that DanVazz dude would keep on pillaging me to see if i get annoyed...lol...he did it again today but got jack **** again...in any case looks like he just wants to elicit a reaction from me...in the meanwhile i'll just refrain from mocking him in this thread...

*refraining from mocking DanVazz even though he's wasting precious resources trying to pillage my "no resource" town*

Doing ok, off in the distance (3:6, 3:5)

Question: Do inactives ever go away so colonization spots open up?

this may be it, methinks:

When do inactives disappear?

yea, and i remember someone we're not familiar with when we were establishing colonies in the SRFI marble island had a colony next to mine and then after a few days *poof*...so he may have been inactive and fell under Phase I...=)
