gives me a good idea. if i choose to restart the confederation i should make a section just for bot / botplvl reports and each guild leader can moderate the section.

all i can say is why??
they got well informed about rules against such things...
I just dont understand why they dont follow the rules. And when they get banned, they change server or joins a anti-Avalon guild.....to bad that this happends.
