Man is a very social animal. If you completely isolate a Human being, give it nothing to associate with. No other animals, it will start talking to inanimate objects. If it doesn't then it will go insane. Even if they isolate themselves there is still a degree of social interaction, that knowledge that they aren't alone is all it takes. If said human is truly isolated, to the point where even a volleyball named Wilson can't comfort them, the likelihood of suicide increase tenfold. Complete, true, Isolation leads to insanity usually in hand with depression.

Too broad, define the relationship first if you would, but I'll just address it as I see it.

Love - you don't NEED it but I am assuming you are referring to more than just friends here. And if you are not, great, I do not mind having a female friend who loves me, as long as she does not interfere with my relationship with my wife.
Sex - This goes along with love, eventually.
Beauty - Ok, so how many guys here are models? How many would consider themselves attractive? then some of us are not that lucky, I don't mind being called normal/ok/plain. So, the reverse is true - a good woman is not necessarily beautiful on the outside, but on the inside, and she will appreciate you for other qualities, not only your looks.
Money - (see intelligence) A smart woman knows how to make money (and no, she won't need to sell her body) If the man is smart, you shouldn't have a problem.
Loyalty - Come on, that typically goes with Love. And if she's intelligent, she won't hurt you and still say she loves you.
Intelligence - HERE is the real heart of it. If she challenges you to learn/grow/make more of yourself, you will never be bored.
Talent - Not required but nice.
Strength - Yes, close second to intelligence. Because despite your manly hormones, you're going to be dumb or weak or sick sometimes, and it is indeed nice to have someone support you, listen to your speeches/political crud/venting about work/etc.
Agility - I lol'd.
Family - This is a composite of some of the prerequisites above anyway (IMHO) so it shouldn't be a problem.
