Archer was calling Ilya because apparently Shirou is Archer, in the future.

Changed it, might be a little late, thought she looks different in the show because the image was drawn by a doujin artist.

is there a continuation of the story somewhere? in the games??

The game has 3 stories, each one as a different scenario (or love story)of the 3 main characters: Saber, Rin, Sakura

if you're not satisfy with the anime ending, there is a PS2 version of the game that has an "epilogue" or "last episode" on the saber route which is unlockable, which talks about what happens after the initial ending of the saber route. osMt people would call it a fan service thing. But, I think its worth the watch, you can find it on youtube if you dig hard.
