having problems with account creation 5 i.p addresses

evry single time i go to register it come up the the error message "In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP." is there any one that can help with this please i would be gratefull for any help, also if someone could make a account for me that would be great thanks alot.
