I've made a topic similar to this before, My character is stuck in the hotan d/c bug near the guild storage guy. I've already submitted two bug reports and I'm writing my third now. Does anyone know how long it takes to get this fixed, or any other way of getting it fixed besides the bug report?

It can take a long time, or only a matter of hours for instance. You'll never know with JM >.< It should atleast speed up a bit if you bug report atleast once a day, and perhaps try to make a post on the official forums.
In the meantime you can try to log in with a different pc. It also sometimes get sorted out after the weekly inspection, so you could also wait for that.

I'm just hoping it gets fixed soon cause its just wasting my ticket. I'm gonna have to re plan my farming now >_<. Anyhow thanks for the reply.
