Hi guys i need ur honest opinion

Two scenarios that i'de like u guys to put out ur opnion on .
Pls don't flame I knwo my build sux Ok, so first off, i'de like to ask you guys about ascenario 1: me continueing sro

I play sro about 1-1.5 hrs a day , and I've been playing it for 9months now and im level 58 50% adn I'm proud of it >.<. SRO doesn't seem to be ruining my life as i have all my courses Internation Bacaloria or IB and my average first symester was 86.5 -.- was expectiong over 80 and second symester I predict it will be about 83. Not the most pleasing but please live with it.

My question is simply Shoul;d I continue Playing SRO ?? to the lvl 90 which leads to my second scenarion and my second question


scenario 2 : my build -.- (WARNING- This will be a depressing READ)

As I started out sro I farmed 20K w/ my sos+5 bow but i didnt like farming much so i moved on but farming 20K was point less as I switched my builds at least 4imes between 80:80 hybrid bow, 2:1 hybrid int spear(also farmed 65K for euro mage got bored) and now finally at lvl 58 adn 50% im planning to make my last move.

Which should I go to?? My INT atm is ABOUT 189 and STR is ABOUT 126, fire is at 53 light at 58 and heuskal at 40(-.-) i dont melee much so I mostly like to elan towards int because I like 1 shotting mobs, so what should I move into , 2:1 int spea, 5:1 int sword or 7:1 if possible. And most prefered the best build I could acheive by lvl64 .
Alright so if you guys can put out ur opinion and I know alot of youy are gonna state that its my choice and yes thats true but I would like ur opinion as u've had alot of experience

OH , and which IMBUE is best for the build that u chose that I should go with

1st question: If you like the game, and you can handle it with your school and such, why would you quit then?

2nd question: I would stay with spear and try to get a 80-85% naked balance (so like 90-95% with gear)

Scenario 1: If it isn't affecting your coursework, then it's ok. IB gets super time consuming in your junior and senior year though, but I don't think 1-1.5 hours/day will affect your workload too much.

Scenario 2: You put a lot of points into str, so I wouldn't expect to be 1 shotting mobs at 64 unless you have a godly weapon.Since you have so much invested into str, going spear might make up a little for the mag dmg you lost by putting points into str.

As for the imbue,
- fire has high dmg, but no status effect
- light has slightly lower dmg, but will have higher dmg once it gives shock status, it also transfers to nearby monsters
- ice has the lowest dmg, but it freezes/frostbites

ok kool I like that chickenfeather and I'm gettin 80-88 % averages so.. and I like ur explanation of imbues I never knew light imbure did more damage when the mob is under shcok status , thanks for the info man.

Can u answer this though at what lvl would I acheive the build u recommend, oh and 1 more thing i thought of going light/heuskaltill some higher lvl where I could farm, or going fire/light to some higher lvl when I could farm cuz TBH i dont have a good amount of SP and thanks great comments bro.

Fire has burn status.

The use of imbue depends on what you are building.

Fire imbue is 3% stronger than ice, light is 1% weaker than fire and 1% stronger than ice.

Ice mastery is meant to defend against phy based characters, light is to be balanced towards both damages, and fire is to defend against magic based characters.

Choose wisely!

Anyways, if SRO doesn't ruin your life then go ahead and keep playing as long as school comes first.

Also, the games was meant for you to have 2 main masteries so I suggest that you keep you weapon and light masteries. But, for now until Joymax finishes implementing the extra alchemy stuff, keep cold up just enough for a decent snow shield just in case you really need a boost in defense.

My friend is lvl 78 and is a 2:1 hybrid spear and has light and huek masteries with a decent mastery of cold leveled up for a nice snow shield. Build for the future, not for now. Many people will tell you to dish out for 3-4 masteries, but if you plan on being here for the long run, it's a waste of sp going more than 2 main masteries and subs when Joymax WILL force you to delevel.

kool man thanks so geuss i should go w/ heuk and light ok thanks I think i can handle them w/ 2- 3 gap and i intendt to e here for a long run when cap is raised to 120 or so i will eventuall have to dlvl them so you have a valid point.

And BTW if I were to continue w/ light, it wouldn't give me the best wepon damage
but light nuker are the best and fire would give me all the phys bonuses.

Just go for either 90 heuksal/lit/ice and 30 fire or 90 heuksal/lit and 60 ice/fire.

Don't plan for the 120 cap, that's way way way way ahead of us.

alright thanks alot guys I appreciate it im currently lvl 60 90% or so and hope to rlly get better my builod is 3:1 --> 4:1 int spear and hope to make it 5:1 or 7:1

Go for 80-85% mag bal naked, dont go light90/ice90 because you cant use maxed snow shield as spear hybrid. At level 90 with full blue set you would have 103% mag balance ( prem plus + 80% mag balance naked ). Go fire 90/heuskal90/light 60/cold 60/ 80-81% naked. You will have around 17k-18k hp, 24k-25k MP, with a decent set its a killer build, id suggest you strongly to not go light, because I had it myself as spear hybrid with lower mag balance, and It was horrible. 40% snow shield is enough to tank every player on your server, even sosun possible, with light 60 you just loose 2-3% mag attack, which you get back through fire 90(the new nuke owns btw).

I had time to play about 5-6 hours of video games a day when I was doing IB... it was cake. I also wrote my 5000 word paper in 2 days and got full marks XD
