Well, most feel that cold, and light are 100% necessary for a pure int.Lighting is where all your damage is going to be coming from (plus speed), and ice is going to be where your defense is. So the last tree is up to you.
Fire if you want more damage, while sacrificing the defensive capabilities that would come from a weapon tree.
Force if you want potentially higher damage, and healing. Keep in mind that if someone has resistance to the debuffs (especially the cleric buff), then your pretty much out on one tree, damage wise.
Weapon if you want a somewhat balanced experience. Other experienced nukers say that sometimes, your weapon skills will do more damage than nukes, at the risk of getting close, of course.
