Is There A windows Roll Back?(problem)

I Got A virus Or some Sh*t on my dad Laptop Its just Pown my system is screwed kaspersky is going nuts my shortcuts in near the start button disapear skype dies im clicking shut down its Showing me the log off screen WTF the language button moved in to the midle of the task bar ...... the internet does not connect..... WTF???? any ideas ive heard of roll back does it exist?

roll back can be used with a registry key in case of a corrupted installation, but since it is a virus, you'll have to scan for it or try and use a spare computer to rescue whats left.
Or send it to the company to repair it

BTW: Kaspersky has a really good protection, maybe your code was blacklisted

Try installing an anti-virus and also Ad-Aware.
(if u can't access the internet, download them on other computer and use usb-stick)

Safe Mode do some scans to get rid of the Virus, or Reformat.

Sounds likes a nightmare, in fact (as weird as this is) I had a dream where I was on my PC fiddling with some stuff and then my mouse lost control and started deleting everything. I tried to Alt+Crtl+Del but my keyboard didn't work... so I tried to pull out the power plug but guess what? Wouldn't come out and then I woke up lol
