Astral?
Astral?
It's probably been covered before but I've used the search feature and I can't find anything. Why do people use 2 astral tabs on one item? I mean, doesn't Astral mean that when the enchantment fails it's reduced to +4 regardless of how many astral tablets are on it? Or is it that Astral tablets increase the chance of it going back to +4 when it fails? I can't understand...

When you fail to plus a weapon with astral, it goes back to +4 and at the same time takes the astral away. If you have more than 1 astral on the item, it only takes 1 away at a time. Its basically just being prepared to fail.

Oh right, so you need to buy a new astral everytime it goes back to +4 and you want to increase it again? I think I get it. I didn't realise the Astral went away.
