I have a question about wizards.

Im lvl42 at the moment, and i dont understand how can a wizard lvl up as fast as they do cos we die many times. If i get 5 or 10% i will lose 2 cuz of dying... So my question is will the mobs ever kill us in 2-3 hits? btw i am new on this forum, and its my first euro char, i was thinking of rogue but it 1hit the mobs only if it does crit. so i go wizard/bard for solo grinding. Some1 plz answer!

Europe is mainly for party play.
So my only suggestion is that you go in party with cleric so you won't die as much or at all. That's what my wizard does at least and I find I hardly die in party but always get owned in solo. If you wanan go solo, aim for monsters that are lower level than you.

Heres how I do it for Euro builds.

Pure STR build = Bard Subclass, so you can have plenty of mana.
Pure INT build = Cleric subclass, so you don't have to worry as much about dying.

if ur worried about dieing get bard sub, noise + speed. all u have 2 watch out 4 is champs and giants(shouldnt be hard) and if u get in trouble use the lighting spell that KBs alot and then teleport and run away .Wizard do lvl fastest in the game, just stay at mobs u can 1 hit with or without LC and ull be fine

well. if you're a wizard
try and train on magic based mobs.
they attack you much less than a physical base.
and go to an area higher level than you
but arn't aggressive.
just be careful and don't charge straight unto a big mob of agro mobs. xD

Which bard skills should i max? only noise and the speed buff?

To answer you question, a full int character will get one hit killed on a critical by a lvl 60 Yetis at similar level. I seen it happened many times.

just kill mobs that you can kill in 2-3 attacks, maybe mobs of ur own lvl or 2-4 lvls higher

If you have a pet (item picker) go to mobs you kill with ONE nuke, you will lvl fast and won't have to worry about running arround picking items

I have another lvl68 char, so i have money too, i dont pick up items, only if sox or robe or staff, have pet too.
