Good measure to avoid that is to force 'races' (chinese, euro, islam) to party with their own race (chinese party's, euro etc) Islam can't powerlvl that early xd

yeah, but i think it will interfere with chinese trying to lvl in a euro party. a full chinese party with kinda be uber failure xD. i wish they would make it u can only party with ppl 10~15 lvl higher and lower than u, there will be more lvling parties than powerlvling parties in party match >.>. but that will nterfere with powerpartying

Wouldn't be good because then for Job wars, GW, and so forth would be messed up.
All they have to do is set a 10 lvl difference between the pt leader and other members.
So for example, a pt leader is lvl 70 and only people 10 levels above or below lvl 70 can join his pt.

No it's not fixed. At least not everywhere. My glaive is still called a Glavie and in the Heuksal skill window, it's also still spelled Glavie everywhere.
