Venus is by far the most legit, well; ones that do something about it. I won't deny its a nice place for someone to get started. Although I really can't leave my Odin wizard since I want to get that capped first before I consider going to other servers. (Never reached cap yet, not even 80 before, with any character)

Gold bots aren't capable of crushing anything or anyone and the Player bots can't PvP. Venus has defeated the Player Bots, they're lightweight. The only adversary left are those damn Gold Bots.

Gold bots aren't capable of crushing anything or anyone and the Player bots can't PvP. Venus has defeated the Player Bots, they're lightweight. The only adversary left are those damn Gold Bots.

I mean't crushing the server as in, Like invading the server with goldbots, And what other bots that are out there. ( So people won't even beable to log in. )

lol +1. its more like 95% in the very old servers. venus just has a lot of friendly legits, helpful unions (not helpful to bots ) and u can actually find legit parties . if u want to join venus, do so .

I logged into Venus the other day and wow there is people playing in constant and i met someone that talked to me out grinding!.

Yea venus is nice. RedSea is dead and Poseidon to I agree.
But i noticed a lot of people are really waiting or Gaia. Donno why its like this big "no botter server" i doubt it, but im waiting on it to.

I actually find this a bit odd. Making bot traps in jangan. Really there are about 10 real players a day there & they usually lvl out of jangan and move onto DW in a day or two. Which is why I rather have bot traps running in DW. & like you said avalon gets more money, but instead of stopping gold bots it seems more like they are abusing it. They are using gold bots to make more money for themselves.

Actually, I think they bot trap there for fun really. The lower levels cant bot trap effectively at Don and Jangan is their way of sticking it to the goldbots. I doubt it really makes us much gold. lol THe bots dont get a chance to get out there and use pots or need to repair or teleport. They arent a huge source of income when they are bot trapped, so think your accusation through a bit before you look silly.

Bot trapping is fun and makes you feel like you are DOING SOMETHING. Even if you dont think its effective or you think its a waste of time, so what. They like it and I like watching them do it. It satisfies me that my server cares about the bot issue so much that they will take time our of their day, spend their gold to act and not whine.

I disagree completely with that statement. The two big legit unions that exist on the server have an excellent amount of team work behind them while the botting guilds that exist on Venus aren't nearly as well organized or as powerful. Also if you consider that the fortress on Venus has been held by a legit guild ever since the first fortress war, the first lvl 90 on the server is a legit, nearly all of the saytan kills were made by legits, the first 2 suns on the server are in legit hands (sun shield + sun robe boots), bots are excluded from the best lvling parties that exist on Venus consisting of members in the Avalon/BHA unions, and bots are still being shunned in other game areas. All that shows me that, if anything, the legits on Venus are still going strong and the bots have less of a chance to take the server, especially with the lvl 90 fortress upgrades.

On the other side, gold bots only purpose is to make a profit, not to crush the legits or ruin the servers (although those are obvious side effects). There's no denying that there are plenty of gold bots around the server however it's been discussed before that for gold sellers Venus isn't as profitable as a server as most others so with that there's less of a demand for gold from these gold bots. This means that, for the moment, the gold companies don't need more bots to gain more gold because there isn't a demand for it yet. This means that while most of the added 1000 slots are still taken by gold bots, the server still has less traffic than most other servers and it isn't nearly as hard to get in.

While the number of bots on Venus may be close to other servers, overall what makes Venus a legit server is the large presence and dominance that legits have which you won't find in any of the other servers.
