Its a bug.

Once I was pvping my friend Warrior/Warlock with my Warrior/Cleric, and we were mostly using shield KB and Cleric skills, when either one of us gets his skill interrupted it would leave the casting ring behind it. Once we were done pvping there was like 5 warlock and 6 cleric rings just staying there. Scars of war lol.

Thats a cold wizard spell ring. Bugroad.

I have pics of a bunch of rings and warlocks. Always interesting watching euro and china skills get mixed together. Of course I hope SRO decides to add cruor's light nuke... God I wish it would summon lightening from the sky instead of just straight forward shocks....

sort of like one time i was playing tetris on the nes, i got like 3 lines then it buged and i was on lvl 97 for some reason, and of course i couldn't keep up with those speeds.
