The build is okay. 90 fire / 90 heuksal / 60 light / 60 cold. Take nukes as well. They won't do THAT much damage, but it's not insignificant. The snow shield you get with lv 60 cold is enough for your needs, it might even be too much. You'll do just fine.

Anyways, protector sounds good. You get plenty of magical defense from having maxed fire, so prot compensates for your physical defense (lower cold mastery).

Yes, that's right. The 600 MP bonus on each piece will do you very well. It might be difficult to achieve, but I think it's going to be worth it.

im still confused why an INT would want fire.
light has highest damage nukes and as int i would have thought thed be your primary attack.

Fire nukes with fire imbue are damn strong. Fire imbue is stronger than light. Just check the numbers. Mind the 330% with maxed Flame Wave Wide, as well. Fire nukes are powerful, too. Also, a 1:2 hybrid INT would deal consistent physical damage too, so the fire buffs would help. Physical defense can be compensated through a protector set, the magical defense is supplied by Fire Protection.

The magical % increase Lightning gains from level 60 to 90 isn't that great, and definitely not worth sacrificing the cold for.
Also, the only INT builds that would want fire are light hybrids. Heavy hybrids and pure INT builds need higher snow shields to tank, and more physical defense. That's where the 90 weapon / 90 light / 90 cold build comes in.

For a 1:2 hybrid spear, max fire sounds fair enough to me.

EDIT: I myself am a level 70 84% hybrid spear. This is about the build I'm aiming for: a 1:2 hybrid spear, with maxed fire. ATM, I'm not really farmed, but I'm going to farm plenty at level 80. I've already deleveled my light to 60, from it's previous level (70). I plan to get my balance at around 76%, and have 90 fire and 90 heuksal.
I'd like to mention, I had both types of nukes maxed at my level (light and fire), and light wasn't hitting more than fire. In fact, they were equal, and my flame wave Wide was unfarmed. It probably changes a little bit at the cap, but max fire nukes and fire imbue will NOT be much weaker than maxed light with light nukes.

its good cuz be build complete the bad and the good so its a allaround build..
oh..
maybe u didnt understand that but what i mean was like this:

The Spear makes up for the lost in mag dmg when i add str.
Prot makes up for the cold buff.
fire makes the phy hit a bit harder + the mag def i lose from garment and the str stats get helped from mag def buff

Soo what i can c in this build is that it has no big weakness and it dosent has noo bigger advance ethier...

its gonna be good agianst china str and ints...
euros i dont know lol...

But in the end...its all about gear and how to play ur chara :)
