with the down lvling scrolls u can buy with silk.. wut do they do? like delvl mastery by 1 or just 1 skill? i just dont get wut they do..
eg: 1 scroll will make my mastery go from 40 - 39 and all the skills along with it? or will it downlvl just like 1 imbue lvl from 9 - 8...

the delelving u get from silk selevels mastery 1 time...
but when u get to a mastery lvl that u just lvled a skill on, u have to delevel the skill b4 u delevel the mastery

You get 5 pots for 28 silk.
1 pot will get rid of 1 mastery lvl OR 1 lvl of 1 skill.
If you have a skill at lvl 40 and your mastery at 40. Then you can't delvl your mastery untill your skill is below lvl 40.
