WTF Avalon, I thought you were against botters?

There was a Chinese blader botting at the mujigis just outside Hotan's west gate, so I decided to mess with him and freeze him, hoping that the mujigis were going to kill him...and when I'm pink an Avalon member (MagicRik) comes and KILLS ME. He resses me, and the other guy (Fuzticles) attacks me, and goes pink ON ME!

I tried to ask why he had killed me, but neither he nor his grinding buddy would reply. I tried to talk to them for about 15 minutes, but I never got an answer.

Is this how you fight the war on bots? By killing people who mess with them? YES I AM F***ING PISSED OFF!

Well isn't that a GREAT way to get more people to be legit - to kill them when they mess with botters? Why didn't I think of that a long time ago?

I was of no use to the guild and I had no friends there, so I didn't really see a point in staying.

If I saw some unknown person going pink on anyone, id kill him no problem. I run by people messing around going pink/freezing each other all the time. They are haveing a grand ol' time with there buddies. Then i pwn there face and tell them to gtfo Venus and go bot somewhere else. There union tag says all I need to know about them.

With you not in a guild or a union, if i saw you pink i would automaticly assume the guy ur going pink on just make you pink while you were botting. If i did not know your name from the forum, i would of killed you also.

well, when u join a guild, u dont expect everyone to be ur friend. u have to make friends. just talk in guild chat, and someone will know u . when i joined asylum, i didnt know anyone in the guild. i was also new to srf, so i wasnt famous lol. just talk in guild chat, make some jokes, and then u will just make friends . if u expect someone to powerlvl u or give u money, they wont want to be friends with u (its just a tip, im sure u dont do that ).

BTW, if i see a no guild who is pink, i would probably kill them too. also, maybe those guys didnt know about the botter O.o. maybe they thought u were a botter too. seeing as most legits are either in avalon union or bha. u should have told them tht u are legit. also, spamming them would cause them to add u to the block list.

well i partied with MagicRik (he was already with Avalon then) when we were both around level 20-30 and he is a cool enough guy until he outleveled me and now i think he is level 70+ or 80+ (premium ftw!)...for Fuzticles, i just partied with him yesterday at pegs...

and yea i do agree with tedo and nb about the "knee-jerk" reaction you sometimes have when you see a pinked/red char...actually, at penons yesterday i accidentally clicked on a red char so my toon was attacking him before i knew it...good thing he was pure str...well, i guess they should've responded with at least a "oh...." but yea i usually do not respond to pms from people i don't know...=/

I read the first bit of your post and thought you were claiming that there was a blader in our union that was a bot. Then I noticed that the screens only showed one blader, and that was you, lol. well start conversations . when its all quiet, say something like "*cricket chirps*" or something like "fack this goldbot keeps ksing me!" or "w00t im lvl 47!!" or watever around those lines . if no one replies, say something like "i hate when i get ignored " (as a joke) or "m i alone " or "no one is happy for me ". after that, im sure someone will talk . if they dont, then u should prolly leave the guild O.o (if u want a talkative guild)
