probably a bot. Getting a sox is impossible let alone drops. there are four types of people in this game.

1.Bots,= they cheat and crowd..areas so they get all the drops, and sox
2.Euros = Since they are a new race, and do insane damage, they k and steal drops, they even stole a sos drop from me, when i thought i was lucky but they stole my kill and got the drop instead. and they always get sox drops more than chinese.
3. Lucky people ie = lucky accounts = Gaymax chose a random selection of people they love, so they get good things and luck no matter how much they try. sox. drops
4. Finally a cursed account thats me. no matter how much i tried drops are 0.00000000% to me, i haven `t seen one for 4 months ever i grind penon.,and had a sox drop stolen from me, aclehmy keeps failing at +2 which never happens to me. its funny now, i have lost hope in drops, now i just grind for exp, screw drops they will never come on this account.

seems like joymax has a select few accounts (all the top silk buying accounts) that they give all the top drops to. They basically have two options.

1. Give it to a random, possiblity of it not being a silk buying acct so the highest that item is gunna get is +5...Joymax profit $0

OR

2. Give it to a well known silk buying acct who will take the weapon, buy $200 worth of silk to +9 full blue etc....Joymax profit $200+ for each drop given.

If Joymax really wanted to ban bots they culd, but instead (like most companies, can't really blame them) they're in this business to make the best profit they can, if that means walking all over the lesser accounts it looks like there wiling to do it.


but you also have to take into consideration that like gold bots there are plenty of SOX bots, i'm not going to name drop, but i know of someone who has 30+ lvl 80 gold / sox bots. and i know there are tons of people out there with them. Most accounts that have SOX gear, the item most likely didn't drop to them, it merely just dropped to one of their farmers. The probability of getting a drop is low enough but at the same time your one char is competing against 20 other farmers all linked to one account. Multiply that by like the 100+ people that multi client sox farmers and yeah...

It means you have to kill, lets say 1mil mobs of 1 kind to get a sox drop and players dont have the nerves to be on same spot, geting ksed, and play that much. So stop whining.

I am buying shit load of silk atm but got my 6 sos drops (never sosun or som) from chakijs while farming. I was on same spot for weeks and got 6 sos drops. At that time i didnt buy silk ( started buying from lvl 52).

So if you want to get sox drop:

1. stay on one grinding spot
2. play more than 5 hours a day
3. grind on mobs that drop sox (for egz. chakijs, bunwang,
penon, niya hunters, niya mages, wing tribes = reported 80% of
all sox drops were from this mobs)
4. make share pts (reported 50% of all sox drops)
5. dont share grind spot with more than 1 player if not in share

Joymax has already lifted the legalness of bots, if you don't beleive me read the terms of service, it prohobits gold buying but it took the part out against bots...all in all joymax has given up the war on bots bcuz they'd rather sit back on there rich a**es and collect the money while they can (pff i'd do the same thing). Joymax didn't publically say they lifted the ban on bots because they know what the community reaction would be, whose to say they haven't modified SOX drops?
