It's all random...

Attribute Assimaltion can be good or bad... Most of the times... BAD! Lowers other stats you don't want touched...

hes lvl 70. until the cap is raised.. he cant get taht exp.

i take it he's either doing farming now. if not, jobbing or pimping his char, or saving money.
