Character bugged

My friend in Alex cannot login in game at all. He bought a premium yesterday and was standing near the guild storage in hotan. The char dc and when he tried to get back in he would get dc instantly. He can login with other chars from that account but not his main. I guess the spot he was standing is bugged, Filed a couple of Bug Reports and all he can do is wait. If anyone has ever had an experience like this, can you tell me how long it took for a gm to move that char? Thanks

Did he restart his computer?

I highly doubt that a GM will move his character anywhere anytime soon.

Sometimes it helps to login on another computer, because i had that problem, i couldn't log, i went to a friend of minme and it worked, then i moved a bit and i could log in at home again

Not the very same, but yes the char is near the wall

i remember my friend had the same problem, he filed million of bug reports, they fixed it after 3 month

spam bug reports like 50 a day its the only way make a topic in the official forum thats the way other people got their char moved.

try to be fast and click about 5-10 times on the ground before dc. my friend had the same problem and he did this and it dissapeard..

Checked the Technical Support on the official forums. Morningdew or w/e hasn't replied to a topic in ages.

been there done that.. just email them and post on the forums.. as for the email send it to any email they have look on both the jm site and the sro site along with do a search on SRF for the emails they have.. it worked for me when i was stuck there.. you may not get out this inspection but you will next inspection.. just tell them the story and you should be fine. but they will not replace the time lost from being stuck there.

Couple of friends had the same, after making a topic on the official forums and keeping it bumped the GM moved them to Jangan
