when i go to reg for my account i write in my kssn then it redirects me to forgot id page and i cant reg ive tried 2 of em and they still dont work

Afaik, you need to have a matching KSSN and name.

ahhh also when i try to start sro up i get ?????? error all the time wat should i do?

I can't help you with the registration, as I have only done it once awhile back. For the error you get in starting SRO, have you tried setting your unicode to Korean?

I give you clue: I read somewhere that you can search for KSSN at google. But using google is not good idea.

The KSSN and name you are using is already used. Therefore is telling you that if you have forgotten your username/password and it takes you to that recovery page.
