replacer.exe damaged error 193?

replacer.exe damaged error 193?

yea i just recently have been getting this error saying my replacer.exe is damaged and ive tried many things like uninstalling and reinstalling updating all my drivers ect.. now its just like when i install it loads up all the patches and when its done it says this error again so im lost.. if anyone could help it would be very helpful :)
