I asked Morgoth about the marble and he sent me 50 pieces. The harbor said it will arrive at 16:04 game time but now it's 16:30 and still no goods. Anyone knows what happened?

Actually not so. Because you need wine for your tavern(you can build tavern after you finished researching wine press). This tavern will help increase the happiness in your town. More happiness=more population, more population=more workers or more gold.

Each and every island has it's own lux items such as vines, marble, sulfur and crystal glass. And each of these items has it's own special purpose. Marble for buildings, vines for wines, sulfur for military use, and crystal glass for research. Altho, if your good in using your special item then no questions your rich.

Yeah, I think I have both of them..atleast well digging, but I'm not sure about wealth, can't find it in the reseach things.

But I'm upgrading now anyway.

If you can upgrade you academy to lvl4 and max the possible researchers(with no negative gold that is) I think it will be faster.

What I did was I went to whole map view and then went to another island where marbles are easy to find. I send each and every city there a message asking if they would sell some marbles to me. Luckily 1 guy replied and agreed to sell 100 marbles 2g a piece. Now my ship is sailing back 30 mins more and I'll be getting that marbles. Hopefully it won't be the same as my first trade.

Has anyone played it?

Ikariam is a free, browser game which means that no download is required. You pretty much start out with you own little town in an island and the point of the game is simply to build up your empire.

There are many features in the game like colonizing other areas of your own island or of different islands (besides your main capital city), declaring war on other players and invading them, blockading off their harbors, trading with other players through ships and forming and joining alliances and much MUCH more.

This isn't an rts game but it has some similar characteristics. Imo, this game is pretty fun (started a couple of days ago) for times when you have extra time on your hands.

I have an account on the Alpha server, my username is Morgoth, and my island coordinates are (76, 9)(you'll know what im taking about once you play) and my town name is Atlantis. I hope we can play together sometime.
