lol going to sound like a noob but,

is it better to wear 8th deg with some blues(str,int and others)
or to wear 9th deg(not npc but a bit better stat's with no blues)

I think 9D. The extra defense will counteract the blues, which you could add to the 9D at a later date.

for chinese wear the 8D with blues for until 2nd tier, for euro 9D no blues in better than 8D with blues

keep 8d with blues... you'll lose like 10% on bal and the added def it has from reinforcement

but you could use them in combination :S

when grinding, the 9D stuff will be best, but during pvp and stuff you'll need some decent non-npc 9D stuff, but overall, I'd go with 8D (for now).

Im wearing +5 full pimped 72-77 HA. If i use white 9D ill have about 3-4k less HP. with good clerics in my PT, i do fine. And i can solo the chasers/attackers.

Not worth it to wear the first tier of 9 dg really, u just waste stones and money on it. Better off staying with 8dg armors with nice blues and then if you want, skip first tier of 9dg and go to 2nd tier or 3rd tier.

8D because of the str you have on if peices doesnt have str then just go onto the next degree.
