Did JoyMax just FORGOT about it? Did they just sleep and never tested it or just forgot it ?
Btw. Their is a pk2 edit that can show u 9th degree in stall network. Dunno if Pk2 is allowed @ srf. As its not allowed by JM. If its allowed I will post it =)

Oh they are so smart. They very well know why they didnt add 9D on stall network... look just that globals all day about buying-selling 9D items...
