How does the academy works?

how i get honor points?

cuz i recently have like 2 lvl 40+ in my academy and they lvl'd atleast twice and i still didnt get 1+ honor point(s)

You get academy points when they hit lvl 40 and graduate.
But they need to gain I believe at least 10 lvls to give you the honor points.
Junior Guardian gets 10% of the honor points you get.
You get 30
Junior gets 3...

1 Honor point is earned for each level the academy member gains as long as they joined the academy before level 30. The member graduates at level 40 and you receive your honor points based on how high a rating you get. 39 is the most you can get from 1 person.

Thats not true. My friend joined mine academy at 29 lvl and I got from him 14 honor points.

ye hate to say it x4rdes m8 but that is true maybe someone joined ur acadamey and left after 3 lvls at same time ur friend graduated? maybe? if so WHY THE HELL DIDNT HE STAY IN UR ACADAMEY LONGER!!!! ARE U A BAD PERSON OR SOMETHIN I MEAN GOD!!!!
