trojan.win32.pakes.cye

was found in the C:\program file\Silkroad\SRO_Client.exe

also it seems i'm not the only one getting this problem.

so, did jmax really get their client infected (i downloaded thru their client from their site) or is this a case of a false positive?

thanks disconnected. thats what i figured, just wanted to make sure. now to make my antivirus stop picking it up.

the sro client has had false positives for as long as i can remember.

Kaspersky noticed a troyan while iwas in the game and i had to delete it and restart with a new sro 1.51 client i downloaded.

yep it's false alarm since the new one was exactly the same but wasn't recognized

weird, my norton doesn't state anything about a virus on the SRO files.

my AVG anti virus doesnt detect any virus from silkroad..
