My (older) son was going to culinary arts school and loves my cooking. He's not 'fat' but is close to 300 lbs. heheheeh... okay, he's kinda pudgy... but don't say I said that.

Pic above is straight from the fry pan and before cooked (just seared). Cooking now in the toaster oven, 375 degrees for ~ 30 mins. I'll slice 'em length wise and have 4 pieces. One and ½ for the pasta salad, the other for better snacks, but haven't thought about it yet...

I can fax it to ya easy, but be sure to clean yer fax machine after... floss is good.

You said you like strawberries? You should be able to find some Strawberry festivals going on now. I'm in WA State and waiting for the Vashon Island Strawberry Festival. Link from 2007: Strawberry Festival.

They have a 'Cherry Festival' coming up soon too. Special memories for me of this; went there with my new bride years and years ago. Phone cost 10¢ then. I'll always love the Vashon Island Cherry Festival, but won't be able to go this year. Oh well, gotta run. Chicken is cooling and my kitty is 'aware'. She's a sweetie, but gotta keep an eye on my foods.

[EDIT] Yeah, just do a net search for strawberry festivals - maybe one near you? It's the time for it now. They are like street fairs and feature food and music and just good ol' time fun.

A strawberry festival.
Never heard of it!
xD Sounds exciting!

(BTW)- Fax machines diminish the taste.

If you ever have left over pizza (and if you don't you didn't order enuf) you can try my favorite breakfast.

Microwave the slices to warm them up a bit.
Throw on some fresh cheese (I like a mix of 4 parts mozzarella and 1 part sharp cheddar)
Get a medium hot fry pan ready while the microwave is going
Then slap some butter both sides of the pizza, smush the shredded cheese on the top side
and...

Throw that bad boy into the frying pan to sear it all up good.
Leave it in for about a minute to a minute and a half (each side) ~~> just enough to get it crispy on the top and hot on the flipside.
It should be too hot to take a bite from straight from the pan.

Butter fried pizza a la Grandpa.
But don't say "Ewwwwww" unless you try it first, I've told ppl about it, but nobody tries it :banghead: (we're talking 'bout one of my favorite subjects: food)
