Hey, I'm supposed to draw a 3D house for a geometry project. This is using the x,y, and z cordinate system. I can't seem to remember which line was x which was y and which is z cause it changes from the standard x and y 2D cordinate thing. I found this on wikapedia but I'm not too sure how credible it is. I just need confirmation that this is how it's done. For some reason I remember my teacher saying the x axis is the one that is the 3D one but this one says y.http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c ... tes_3D.svg
I would assume the cordinates are listed in the order x,y,z when naming them too right?

Re: Geometry 3D House Project Help plz
well the weird thing is I know for sure my geometry teacher said the z access wasn't the 3-D one. In my memory I remember him saying Z was the vertical, y was the horizontal, and x was the 3D one but I'm really not sure
