idk it was in my sisters room and it woke her up last night ith a clicking noise mixed with a xylophone sound, I restarted and there was a Disk read error

Have you tried a repair yet? Sure it will kill some bas sectors long enough to get some data off, less the whole things already crashed on you. Then i suggest you open it up and use it as a mirror. Have 3 of them in my room, rather sporty IMO
