giant mobs? what make them apear?

don't say random cause i see some guys killing 2 giant mobs in the same time and after they got killed i found another 2 and i grind for hours and don't find one

I think it has to do with how many mobs are being killed, how fast, how many of them are champions, and the last time a giant died, and how many giants there are in the area.

If mobs are being killed fast, it increases the ammount of champions spawned, and gives a higher chance of a giant spawning. If more champions are being killed, more champions or giants spawn. If a giant just recently died, the chance of a champion reincarnating as a giant is lower than if one died a longer time ago. If there are already, let's say, 4 giants in the area, no more will spawn because if there was no limit on how many giants could be in the area, then there is a chance that eventually there would be nothing but giants.

That's what I think anyways.

Whem im grinding with my rogue, giants appear after like 15 mins, depending on how many mobs I've killed.

When im grinding in the small rooms (earth ghost soldiers, 3th floor) I usually get raped because multiple giants spawn in a short time (3-4 in only one minute). My only solution is to leave and hope someone kill them. On other moments i can just grind for half an hour without getting any giant. This looks pretty random, but there is a kind of pattern in giants spawning. Also I think on some places more giants appear than in other spots..

If you mean elites, they appear at unique monsters.

I believe that titans are only spawned for events. They're like giant uniques... Extremely powerful, though I don't think that they spawn mobs.

Yeah dependant on how many monsters you've killed in the area, all to do with the summon ratwe set in that area. As many people have noticed especially at Ong's the spawn rate is very fast and so therefore giants spawn every 5 minutes or so.
