I'm just trying to figure out what a very nice program would be for editing pictures (mostly Drawings)
If anyone is experienced please share your knowledge, I have no price limit btw.
Looking for some type of picture editing program.

theres a section for this, but, Photoshop for money, The GIMP and Paint.NET for free.
