Destroy d4 npc chest or necklage and get wind 3 and 4, water 4 and fire 4. You will need lot of them ^^.

Lol, I started collecting wind 3, fire 4 ever since legend 3 teaser page opened :D . I usually got 5k for around 7mil. One time a noob put up 5k for only 700k gold, I was like HELL YEA :P
But yea, now is still not too late to buy them, noobs still sell them for that price in hotan since they didnt know which elements 9 degree requires yet :P

i find water6 is harder to find, and they are priced so damn high 4ever, and prices dun even seem to wanna drop

wind3, fire4 u can get them fr general/mages
u get 7-8 units fire4 per unit alchemy material =.=
found some aim in life, something more important waiting for me
