Its a paypal problem has nothing to do with your card or joymax.
Mate of mine did have the same problem and paypal just sends him kinda retarded replies back each time.

They asked him to try another creditcard (he did with his parents card but nothing helped)

Only thing you can do is either link paypal to your bank account instead of credit card or keep spamming Paypal for them to try to find a fix for this "bug"

nah, its not Russian, and I'm not a teen from couple of years, but this forum is fun ))

OT: I send Paypay e-mail, asking why this, they have answered something like "If your transaction has been denied, you may be able to complete the transaction using another funding source". So WTH? I have made the Paypal account espessially for Silkroad, I have only purchased silk with it, but not that much - about 2k silk for like 6 months or so.

Borat2 suggested I can link my bank account directly to the Paypal account. You sure this will help? Should I contact my bank for it, or, do I have to wait couple of day after linking it, before I can buy silk ( sorry for the stupid question, but I'm a Paypal noob).
