It doesn't sound like the participants will be playing on their own characters. "Default values will be set when characters are created from the account provided." I applied but I guess my answer to "why apply" was no good.

My friend was looking at the event after i bought some silk and signed me up for the event thinking it would bee funny.

I doubt I can compete, being im only lvl 35 at the moment.

Crazy hardcore has less to do with it when all characters have the same level and balance, with enough SP to get virtually any skill they desire. Luck is a big factor, because with roughly 8k HP (I think), a stun or a knockdown makes all the difference.
